SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs are free for orders over 99 euros (VAT included) for Italy and 499 euros for foreign countries.
Each order will be sent after the payment received. All the unpaid orders will be canceled after 30 days. The package is sent through express courier DHL or UPS. After the shipment done, we will complete, in 24 hours, the order status with the tracking number. The delivery time is 3-4 business days for costumers from EU Countries. For non EU countries the delivery time is 4-5 business days. Depending on the Country and Custom processing, it may take longer. The taxes applied at the Custom of the country of destination, are charged to the customer. It’s impossible for us to estimate the additional charges and we strictly advice to check the import laws and tax rates, for tattoo equipment, before completing a purchase. In case a customer refuses to pay taxes and decides to return the package, all the expenses for returning and clearing Custom processes, will be deducted from the payment received before the refund.
WARRANTY SERVICE
If a product has a production defect, not visible and not attributable to improper use or product drop within 24 months from the purchase invoice, you are entitled to warranty service. If the product shows a defect after this period, you must communicate it and make arrangements directly with the manufacturer who will repair and/or replace the product free of charge only in case of manufacturing defect.
Shipping costs are always charged to the customer. The Warranty does not cover transportation costs.

We reserve the right to verify the conditions of the return before issuing a refund. It is advisable to cover the original packaging of the product with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and also protects it from any writings or labels applied by the courier.
